Story Grooming 

Our team collaborates closely with the client's business analysts to refine user stories and define clear acceptance criteria. Once marked as 'Requirements Complete,' the Raptbot team conducts a thorough review of the stories and initiates the solution design process, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

Solutioning 

The Raptbot team will thoroughly review the user story to define the optimal approach and estimate the level of effort required. A detailed Solution Plan will be shared with the story owner for approval. Upon receiving approval, development will commence, and a clear development timeline, including an estimated due date, will be provided. Any stories identified as out-of-scope will be escalated to the customer’s Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for further review and alignment.

Development & Quality Assurance

 In this phase, our engineers will carry out the development, unit testing, and quality assurance (QA) of the stories. Upon successful completion of development and testing, the stories will be migrated to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment for customer validation. The customer will then have the opportunity to test the solution and provide feedback before final approval.

User Acceptance Testing

 All testing and issue resolution should be completed at least 2 business days prior to deployment. Stories must be marked as UAT complete before a release can be scheduled.


Deployment 

Once the stories are ready for release, the Customer SPOC will coordinate with the Raptbot team to schedule the deployment. A Raptbot resource will then assemble the deployment package, validate all manual steps, review the manifest items, and conduct a final validation against the production environment. After verification, the release will be deployed to production.
